"3 Reno's In"

Pennie's Edit

Our renovation journey with Pennie began back in 2024, when we transformed the laundry in her garage.

Fast forward to 2026, and Pennie has since trusted us with bathroom renovations across two of her investment properties — bringing us together for three separate renovations.

Garage Laundry Transformation

Where it started!

Minty Fresh in Miami

Main Bathroom Renovation | Miami

Pennie’s love of colour continued with Minty Fresh. Inspired by the vibrant yet relaxed feel of a tropical escape, this bathroom pairs a playful mint green wave tile with gunmetal fixtures and warm, refined finishes. Fresh, fun and full of personality — much like Pennie herself.
