With more than 16 years in the trades industry, John’s passion for building and homes has been lifelong. What began as a childhood dream has evolved into a successful career spanning construction and project management.
John is patient by nature, highly organised, and exceptionally detail-driven. His natural inclination toward precision and planning ensures every element is carefully considered, making him a perfect fit for clients who appreciate a refined, well-executed outcome.

Hayley brings a deep passion for design and interiors, with a natural eye for aesthetics that has been present from a young age. She began by selecting interiors for family and friends, a foundation that has grown into a strong design-led approach across every Harper and Jones project.
Highly meticulous, Hayley ensures every selection feels considered and cohesive. She oversees the aesthetic direction of each project while also managing the business’s digital marketing and office operations, ensuring a seamless experience from concept through to completion.
