Founded by husband-and-wife team John and Hayley, Harper and Jones was created from a shared passion for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design and beautifully executed renovations. With over 16 years of experience across construction, trades and project management, the company delivers a boutique renovation experience focused on precision, communication and exceptional finishes.

John is patient by nature, highly organised, and exceptionally detail-driven. His natural inclination toward precision and planning ensures every element is carefully considered, making him a perfect fit for clients who appreciate a refined, well-executed outcome.
John leads with exceptional professionalism and respect for each team member, while setting the highest standards that define and guide the culture of our workplace.

Hayley brings a deep passion for design and interiors, with a natural eye for aesthetics that has been present from a young age. She began by selecting interiors for family and friends, a foundation that has grown into a strong design-led approach across every Harper and Jones project.
Highly meticulous, Hayley ensures every selection feels considered and cohesive. She oversees the aesthetic direction of each project while also managing the business’s digital marketing and office operations, ensuring a seamless experience from concept through to completion.
