Our Process
Step 1.
In House Consultation.

Your designated Project Manager will meet with you at your property to discuss the project, take dimensions and answer any generalised questions you may have. A thorough assessment of the space is conducted to determine best space maximisation, and flow.
Step 2.
Formalised Quote, 3D Imagery and Floor Plan​
​
Your quote will be drawn up and emailed to you along with 3D Imagery and Floor Plan so you are able to better envision your new space.
We provide an Interior Guide with our Trusted Suppliers List to get you started.
Step 3.
Quote Acceptance, Deposit and Contract​
​
Upon acceptance of your quote, your Master Builders Contract will be drawn up and sent to you for completion. Your start date is secured only when your deposit is finalised.
Thereafter, we take progress payments in structured instalments during each stage of the renovation.
Step 4.
